Terms of Service

JollofTV is a product of Chellrach Global Limited ("Chellrach", "we", "us", "our"). By creating a JollofTV account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding contract between you and Chellrach Global Limited.

JollofTV is free to use:

• Live TV: Curated African live TV channels delivered through broadcaster and third-party streaming feeds. No account required.
• Radio: African radio stations from across the continent and the diaspora. No account required.
• Optional account: Signing in adds profiles, a Kids profile, My List and Continue Watching. It is not required to watch or listen.

On-demand films are planned but not yet available. We reserve the right to add, modify or remove content, features and channels at any time without notice.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You may create up to 5 profiles on one account. Each profile is for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not share your account credentials with others outside your household.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

JollofTV is currently free. There is no subscription, no paid tier and no in-app purchase, and we therefore take no payment and store no card details.

If a paid tier is introduced in future, these terms will be updated and the pricing, billing and cancellation arrangements published before anyone is charged.

You agree not to:

• Download, record, reproduce or redistribute any content from JollofTV without authorisation.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
• Circumvent any access controls, DRM or geographical restrictions.
• Use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to access the service.
• Upload, transmit or share any unlawful, harmful or offensive content.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.

The JollofTV name, logo, software, design, user interface and original platform content are owned by or licensed to Chellrach Global Limited. Third-party trademarks, channel streams and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

JollofTV provides access to live channels through broadcaster and third-party streaming feeds. Availability, quality and continuity may vary and may change without notice due to decisions or technical changes by broadcasters or stream providers.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chellrach Global Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the service.
